Return & Refund Policy

At PallyWear, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure full transparency and fairness, please review our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.

1. Customized Products (Made-to-Order / Personalized Items)

Customized items are created specifically based on your design, text, logo, or personalization details. Because these products are produced uniquely for each customer, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation after printing or production begins.

Design Preview Guarantee (Full Refund Before Printing)

Before your customized product is printed, we will share a design preview (mock-up) for your approval.

If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may request a full refund before printing starts.

After Approval / Printing Begins

Once you approve the preview or printing begins, the order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, as it has been personalized exclusively for you.

This applies to all customizations, including:

  • Personalized text
  • Logo printing
  • Custom names or numbers
  • Custom artwork or design printing

2. Non-Customized Products (Regular Clothing & Accessories)

We accept returns for non-customized products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Request Window

To ensure product quality and hygiene, return requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery, specifically for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size/variant sent
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Quality issues (supported with photos/video)

After 48 hours from delivery, non-customized items become ineligible for return.

Not Eligible for Return If:

  • Product is used, washed, worn, or damaged
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Perfume, deodorant, or usage marks are present
  • Product is older than 48 hours from delivery
  • Accessories show signs of use

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@pallywear.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (and video if possible)
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

After review and approval, we will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our facility:

  1. The product will be inspected.
  2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refund Timeline

  • Banks may take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount.
  • Some credit/debit cards, UPI apps, and wallets may take up to 30 days depending on the issuer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the expected timeline:

  1. Re-check your bank account or UPI wallet.
  2. Contact your card/UPI provider.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If still unresolved, email us at info@pallywear.com and we will assist you.

6. Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days.

Please note: Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, holidays, or customer unavailability are outside our control.

7. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the order ships.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

We will try our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Orders delivered to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or dispatched.
  • If you request cancellation before processing, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover payment gateway and handling charges.

10. Invalid Reasons for Refund/Cancellation

The following reasons are not valid for refund or cancellation:

  • “I changed my mind.”
  • “I found it cheaper somewhere else.”
  • “I no longer want the product.”

Placing an order creates a binding purchase agreement, and we prepare your order immediately to ensure fast delivery.
