6. Customized & Personalized Products

Customized items (including printed names, logos, or designs) are made specifically for you.

  • You may request a full refund BEFORE printing, if you are not satisfied with the design preview.
  • After printing begins, customized items become non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Non-customized items:

  • Return request must be raised within 24 - 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags.

Customized items:

  • Refund allowed before printing (preview stage).
  • Not eligible for return after printing.

We may cancel or limit orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Bulk reseller intent
