1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (India)

Free shipping on all orders within India. Exact rates will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery time varies by location and typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping charges apply based on the destination country.

Delivery timelines depend on the courier and the importing country’s customs process.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email / WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties or taxes (if any) are determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We ensure safe packaging and use trusted courier partners.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@pallywear.com with photos or a short video.

✔ We will resolve the issue promptly
✔ We may coordinate with the courier on your behalf
✔ You do not need to contact the courier directly

Note: Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

6. Lost Packages

If a shipment is shown as lost in transit or undelivered:

✔ We will assist in investigating with the courier
✔ If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

You do not have to file claims with the courier.
